We walk together, and we stop several times and give you all the chance to decide where you want to stay.

Sensing
We guide you through some sensing exercises that can help you to relax, experience and deepen your contact with nature around you as well as within yourself. After these sensing exercises, we will walk for a short while along a path, where you will have the opportunity to chose a “sweet spot” of your own.We will be outdoors in a park or a green spot for about an hour and a half. We walk together, and we stop several times and give you all the chance to decide where you want to stay.

Find a sit-spot: When a certain place attracts you or awakens your attention, you will have opportunity to stay at that spot by yourself for about half an hour. I will also give you a paper roll with some thoughts to help you experience your own spot, if you like. After the short walk, when everyone has found their own place, we will leave you alone for half an hour. Then we will start walking the path again, picking you up again one by one, in silence, until we all are gathered again.

We will be working with each of the five senses independently. It would be good to take a few minutes before beginning the perceptual field meditation.

We conclude our time together by sharing some of our experiences and thoughts together in the group.
